In the last few years we have seen a marked increase in alcohol risks among young people. As is clear from the report, among the boys only secondary school for less than 10% to abstinent . In contrast, the age of alcohol initiation for most of them fell to 13. years of age. The situation of girls is not better. If this trend continues to persist, in the coming years we will have one thousand young people in European alcoholics. The disease appears in the alcohol faster, the sooner the initiation spirit. Alcohol is a very popular way of "entertainment" in European culture. Even "becoming drunk" are often socially acceptable, if you are associated with a specific 'opportunity'. Taking yet another glass of wine or a glass of vodka, remember that excessive alcohol consumption has become a serious problem of our time. Statistics speak for themselves, 1 in 25 deaths is caused by the consumption of alcohol, or 4% of all deaths worldwide are the result of drinking alcohol. WHO alert - we need a world-wide public awareness campaign about the harmful effects of alcohol consumption. |
